Pitt pastel pencils are highly pigmented artist's colour pencils, free from waxes and oils, particularly suitable for detailed pastel work. Like Polychromos pastels, they can be easily smudged to create beautiful colour gradients and are an ideal complement to pastels. Fixing can be kept to a minimum, which is why the high brilliance of the colours in pastel images is retained.
